About the platform
We are a regional-revitalization work-and-travel platform that matches travelers who want to experience Taiwan deeply with local businesses that need short-term help. We have 500+ travelers, 120+ listings, across 9 regions.
It is free for travelers. Business plans are currently indicative pricing; official plans will be announced separately, and you can try posting your first listing for free.
There is no standalone app yet—you can use the website directly in your mobile browser. Support is available via LINE (9:00–18:00) and email.
For travelers
We require businesses to pass identity verification, and listings go through a basic review. Before you go, you can see the work, lodging and real reviews. If something comes up, support helps within 2 business days.
Every listing clearly states the pay and whether lodging and meals are provided. For now, pay is agreed directly between you and the business; the platform helps record and reconcile it (payments are not yet integrated).
From 3 days to a month, with no lock-in—you can end anytime and arrange things around your own schedule.
Businesses usually review your application within 24 hours. Once approved, you can discuss details and prepare to set off.
For businesses
First register and pass identity verification, then build a company profile and post. Clearly write the work, lodging and pay, and travelers can apply.
We do not take a matching fee, and payments are not yet integrated. Pay is agreed directly between the business and the traveler; the platform only helps record and reconcile it.
A listing can be reopened or adjusted. Support can also help you refine the listing description to improve your chances of a match.
Safety and trust
Both businesses and travelers must pass platform identity verification. Contracts, reviews and dispute handling are all on record; if something comes up, support steps in, and disputes enter mediation within 7 days.
We do not yet offer insurance or legal advisory services—these are still in planning. We honestly mark which features exist today and which are future plans.
We handle your data in line with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, using it only for platform matching and necessary communication, and never sharing it with third parties without cause.
