Privacy Policy (current-service draft)

1. Purposes

• Create and protect accounts.
• Verify Current service eligibility and businesses.
• Provide shift search, acceptance, contract and performance records.
• Handle safety, support, disputes and legal duties.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.

2. Public and participant visibility

Anonymous pages show only necessary shift, district and public business information. Full addresses, contacts and identity data are limited by match status and access rights.

Businesses may use worker data only as needed to evaluate and perform the shift.

3. Providers and cross-border processing

The platform uses Vercel, Supabase, Resend and necessary operators. Data may be processed in Taiwan, Japan or other service regions.

We do not sell personal data. New analytics, payment or verification providers require updated notice.

4. Security

Controls include HTTPS, Supabase Auth, Row Level Security, private storage and service-role separation with least privilege.

No online service can promise zero risk, and unfinished controls are not represented as complete.

5. Retention

Account data follows the service relationship. Contract, attendance, wage, insurance, review and dispute records are retained as required by labor, tax, employment-service, privacy and limitation rules.

Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary and not subject to a legal hold.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and identity checks, you may request access, copies, correction, cessation or deletion. Legal retention, other people's rights and dispute preservation may limit a request.

7. Age and shift eligibility

The platform collects only the data needed to check account, age, identity, and shift-specific eligibility. The ordinary worker flow currently focuses on Republic of China citizens.
