Does the platform take a cut?
We do not charge a matching success fee, and payments are not yet integrated. Pay is agreed directly between business and traveler; the platform only helps record and reconcile.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term lock-in, so you can adjust flexibly to each season’s needs.
Do listings need approval?
Yes. To maintain trust, all businesses pass identity verification and listings go through a basic review.
What if I cannot find a suitable traveler?
You can reopen or adjust the listing. Our support team can also help refine the description to improve your chances.
