Current service and launch conditions
The ordinary flow currently serves verified ROC citizens and Taiwan businesses. It starts at age 15; workers under 18 need verified guardian consent and age evidence, and ages 15 to under 16 have additional work-hour protections. Statutory exceptions for workers under 15 are handled outside the ordinary automated flow.
In-platform application, recommendation, acceptance and outcome fees are employment services. They remain disabled until the permit, approved fees, final terms and final launch review are complete.
This is a product and contract-architecture draft. It does not state that a permit or final Taiwan legal sign-off has been obtained.
1. Operator, role and consent
TravelWork is operated by Shingihou Co., Ltd. Once lawfully launched, it provides licensed employment matching and performance records. It is not the worker's staffing employer.
Account creation, posting or acceptance requires consent to the current Terms, Privacy Policy and shift terms snapshot.
2. Worker eligibility
- Current service workers must meet age, Taiwan registration, national ID and verification requirements.
- Impersonation, false documents, account rental and substitute attendance are prohibited.
- Verification is not a guarantee of skill, conduct or performance.
3. The business is the employer
- The business hires, directs and pays the worker and handles contracts, hours, breaks, overtime, minimum wage, payroll and safety.
- The business handles applicable labor, employment and occupational-accident insurance, pension, health insurance and related duties.
- Food, machinery, lifting, heat, night work and other hazards must be disclosed with lawful training and protection.
4. Contract model and shift snapshot
Fixed-term contracts are limited to genuinely temporary, short-term, seasonal or specific non-continuing work. Recurring restaurant and retail work generally uses an indefinite part-time master agreement.
Each accepted shift stores its date, hours, break, work, place, wage, estimated time and pay, employer and terms version. Actual lawful attendance controls final wages.
5. Fees and wages
Workers use the current service free. Business setup and listing are free. Any match fee may be enabled only within the permit, approved fee schedule and statutory caps.
Under the current model the business pays wages directly. TravelWork does not collect, hold, advance or transfer wages, and platform rules cannot unlawfully deduct earned wages.
6. Cancellation, no-show and disputes
Both sides should cancel early and provide a reasonable explanation. Account reliability measures do not replace labor-law rights.
Attendance disputes should use a documented adjustment process. Platform administrative help is not arbitration or legal representation.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal recruitment, discrimination, harassment, forced labor, trafficking, fraud or worker prepayment demands.
- False wages, workplace, tasks, eligibility or safety statements, or material task substitution on arrival.
- Circumvention of verification, authorization, release gates, fee limits or access controls.
8. Data, records and platform action
Identity, contract, shift, attendance, wage, insurance, support and dispute records are processed only as needed for service, security, retention and rights.
TravelWork may reject or remove unlawful or high-risk content, restrict accounts and preserve necessary evidence.
9. Liability and disputes
Mandatory worker, consumer, privacy and personal-safety rights are not excluded. Contact emergency or competent authorities where necessary.
Applicable law and jurisdiction follow mandatory ROC law and the facts of each case. Final terms require review by Taiwan counsel before launch.
